Our mission at Integrative Health and Energy Center and the purpose of our Website is to educate people, of any age, about their health. This information can be used to take charge of your health and to make an educated and informed decision. Although we don't claim to treat or cure disease, we do help educate those who are interested in making physical and mental changes in their life so the body can heal itself.

Everyone these days has been exposed to the catch phrase "anti-aging". Anti-aging is impossible to achieve and it is not natural - we simply cannot stop the aging process. We can, however, slow it down and heal our bodies so that we can live a more balanced and healthier lifestyle. This is why our program is called the "Healthy Natural Aging" program. As for me, I am in my 50's with a successful naturopathic practice. My "Healthy Natural Aging" program has given me more energy and a happier disease-free lifestyle. In the past few years I have been treating many young adults in their 20's and 30's that are developing hormonal imbalances and facing major diseases.
